As foretold, there was no gaming. I did some minor shopping but that was about it.

Watched (anime): Kill la Kill 17-18: Plot twist! Reversal! Another plot twist!

Read (novel): The Dungeon Book (Gareth Hanrahan): A baby princess is kidnapped by a dragon, but it takes a whole dungeon to raise a child. It’s a very D&D dungeon, with all kinds of random monsters, talking skulls, wizard overlords, etc. Also the scourge of adventurers, but fortunately the monsters have a human of their own.

Read (novel): Maggie the Dread (Austin Gilkeson): A hapless middle-school boy accidentally releases a goddess of destruction just in time for the solar eclipse when she will destroy the universe. But in the meantime, she has to go to middle school too. Probably the least unlike Daniel Pinkwater of anything I’ve read recently.
